Why participate in the Bluedrops Partner Program?

With this programme, we are deliberately investing in our relationship with you, professional swimming pool builders. We are convinced that commitment and loyalty deserve to be rewarded and that motivation directly contributes to growth.

1. Objective

Through this programme, we aim to strengthen entrepreneurship and show additional appreciation to our professional partners for their collaboration with us. We reward commitment and encourage a long-term, successful partnership.

2. How it works

With every purchase, points are automatically accumulated. These points build up throughout the year and can be exchanged for attractive rewards. The more active the collaboration, the more points are accumulated. For every €250 in purchases, you receive 1 point.

The Bluedrops Partner Program runs per calendar year. Points are accumulated from 1 January up to and including 31 December and can be redeemed from 1 January of the following year onwards. For certain rewards, such as networking events or product training sessions, an earlier registration or selection date may apply. This will always be communicated in advance.

3. Participation conditions

By participating, you agree to our general terms and conditions and the related privacy and cookie policy.

The Bluedrops Partner Program is intended exclusively for companies and professional customers. Private individuals or minors cannot participate in the programme.

You confirm that the company and contact details provided are correct, up to date and complete and that they will be updated where necessary.

Participation in the programme is reserved for active customers. You consciously register for the programme.

Finally, a minimum annual turnover of €15,000 applies in order to participate.

4. Earning points

4.1. Accumulating points

With every purchase, you automatically accumulate points. The more active the collaboration, the more points you save. For every €250 in purchases, you receive 1 point.

4.2. Points overview

Your accumulated points are visible after logging in to the website:

Then click ‘Partner Program’ to view your points balance.

4.3. Growth and loyalty

The Bluedrops Partner Program rewards customers who continue collaborating and growing.

If your turnover remains at least at the same level as last year, you will accumulate all your points in full and you may also redeem them in full.

If your turnover is lower than last year, participation remains possible, but the number of points you may redeem will be limited.

Furthermore, if your turnover grows by 10% or more compared with last year, you will also receive 10% extra points on that growth.

If you reach a turnover of €100,000 with us per calendar year, all your points will be fully taken into account.

4.4. Additional ways to earn points

Bluedrops may offer additional opportunities to earn extra points, for example during promotions, campaigns or events. These will be communicated by us each time.

4.5. Proper payment

The programme is intended exclusively for customers who pay correctly and on time. If no payment is received after two payment reminders, we reserve the right to terminate the programme.

5. Communication

You first register. You will then receive a confirmation email stating that your registration has been successful. After that, we will communicate everything further by email, such as: new rewards, registration moments, temporary campaigns and important reminders.

6. Redeeming points

Your accumulated points can be redeemed via the programme webshop for various rewards.

Please note: rewards are paid for with points, while products from the webshop are paid for in euros. Therefore, rewards and products cannot be combined in the same shopping basket. If you wish to order both, you first place your purchase and complete payment. Afterwards, you redeem your points for a reward.

Points accumulated within the programme can only be redeemed for rewards within the programme. Once redeemed, points will not be reinstated. They are not transferable to the following year and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Bluedrops reserves the right to adjust or remove points in cases of misuse, fraud, technical errors or breach of our terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding the calculation or allocation of points, we will make the final decision.

7. Validity of points

Points are awarded only for effective purchases made from Bluedrops.

No points are awarded for cancelled or refunded orders.

If an order is cancelled or refunded in whole or in part, we reserve the right to adjust or remove the corresponding points.

8. Changes to the programme

Bluedrops cannot be held liable for delays, changes or the non-performance of parts of the programme as a result of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including, for example, geopolitical events, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters or decisions by third parties.

Specific items within the programme are available while stocks last. In some cases, limited availability applies and these are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We reserve the right to change, limit, temporarily suspend or replace the offer at any time.

9. Liability

We do everything possible to ensure that this programme functions correctly. In exceptional cases, however, technical failures, temporary unavailability or errors in operation may occur.

10. Rewards and external partners

Rewards are offered such as: products, marketing tools, networking events, product training sessions, and so on.

All rewards are selected and organised with care. Where a reward is delivered or carried out by an external partner, the terms and conditions of that supplier or organiser may also apply.

If you have questions or problems, our team will always remain your point of contact and we will work together to find an appropriate solution.

11. Data protection

For participation in the Bluedrops Partner Program, certain data are processed, such as: order history and account information.

These data are processed in accordance with the privacy policy, cookie policy and the applicable data protection legislation.

12. Applicable law

The Bluedrops Partner Program and these terms are governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, only the competent courts of the district in which Bluedrops is established shall have jurisdiction.
